Although we respect and honor all hairstyle requests, we do not recommend shaving double coated breeds like Huskys, Shepherds, Goldens etc…. This may result in damage to the coat and may cause the hair to grow back dull, patchy, or not at all. Your dog’s coat provides insulation from the heat and sun which when removed may cause the skin to be more vulnerable to sunburn and cancer. We include a deshedding treatment with our double coated breed Grooms to greatly reduce shedding and help keep your dog cool. Please call or email for details.
